About me
My name is Sabina Bolinger; I am married to my high school sweetheart Gregory and have 3 children, Rachael, Sebastian and Packer. I have loved art for as long as I can remember and enjoy working in both clay and the drawing medias. When I'm not working or attending my children's extracurricular activities, I enjoy reading, photography, scrapbooking, working on my own art and watching the Syfy channel.
Professional
I received my BSE in Art Education from Emporia State University in 1997. I have taught in Madison for the last 16 years. I teach K-12 art and yearbook. Throughout my teaching career here, I have been a volleyball, basketball and cheerleading coach. I have sponsored multiple classes and worked with the Quiz Bowl and StuGo groups. In February 2009, I published an article in Arts and Activities Magizine titled "Handbuilt Hang-Outs". I am blessed to have a career that allows me to quench my need to create and to feed that need in others at the same time.
My most recent article, Portraiture: A Study of Greek Gods was selected and published in Arts & Activities Magazine in its March 2016 issue.Click for the online version HERE
